Wow, I hadn't realized that I didn't have this one on DA!
So here is "Spirits Calling" (it used to be titled "Spirit Howl"), a piece I did for a spiritual retreat of sorts back in 2003. I wanted to represent North American animals but with representations of many spiritual, shamanic beliefs (not just Native American). It turned out to be so neat looking I recently decided to do an arctic version, which became "Arctic Treasures". I also have in mind several other versions along the same theme using different animals, including an African and a Rainforest theme.
Original is Watercolor and Colored Pencil on 11 X 14 Bristol Paper.
Still amazing, but you really have improved! It's a great peice...but the artic one was incredible. I can't wait to see what you do with the next group!
