Yay, I can upload this now!

Colored and finished line art for my submission to the 2010 Werewolf Calendar [link]

My month was August, and this was my assignment:

Werewolves are social creatures forced into a world where most must live without pack and extended family. The loneliness many face can be difficult to handle, leading many werewolves to find human mates instead of searching long for another werewolf. One bite breaking the skin is all it takes. But werewolves are monogamous and this is a permanent change, so they do not allow their loneliness to cloud their judgment.

I think I interpreted that well ^.^ This male is giving her a gift of not only moonstones, but he is about to give her his bite as well. Both gifts of the moon.

Watercolor and Colored Pencil on Bristol Paper.

Yes, the original is available and will be offered on my website soon! However, prints will not be available until 2010 (due to contract). If you want the image before it is available as a print, BUY THE CALENDAR!!

Omg... Such beautiful colours and extrodinary shading. I lovee the sweet poses and the expressions. The backround is lovely with its trees and the moon shining behind them. The woman's jewelry is really lovely too. :aww: Fantastic job, as always. :)
