Artist's Comments

I love Jays of all sorts, but definitely one of my most favorite of these little corvids is the North American Blue Jay. Jays are known as mischievous little creatures, as is the fox, and I thought a combination of the two would make the perfect Jester. I really like the way the colors came out in this. They are playful, and compliment the Jay/Fox well.

10 3/4" X 15 1/2" Watercolor and Colored Pencil on Bristol Paper.

Absolutely marvelous colors!!!!! I love blue jays too, but this is...just...just...fantastic!!!! With such splendid colors, there's no way I can't :+fav: this!!!
